These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the BullionPlus website, applications and services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.
By accessing or using BullionPlus, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms.
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials, PIN and 2FA secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, applicable law, or our risk and compliance policies.
BullionPlus provides airtime, data, utility payments, gift cards and value cash-out services. You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and not to engage in fraud, money laundering, chargebacks abuse, or any activity that infringes the rights of others or disrupts the platform.
Prices, commissions and exchange rates are displayed before you confirm a transaction and may change without notice in line with provider and market conditions. Completed transactions are generally final. Refunds, where applicable, follow our refund and reconciliation policy.
Some services are delivered through third-party networks and partners. While we work to ensure reliable delivery, we are not liable for outages, delays or errors originating from third-party providers, networks or banks beyond our reasonable control.
The BullionPlus name, logo, software and content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer any part of the services without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BullionPlus is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the transaction giving rise to the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the services at any time; certain obligations survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Nigeria, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights.
